General Shipping Information:

Shipping and Processing Times: 

Orders will be processed within the next 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. As such, your delivery date will be the processing time plus the shipping time of the shipping method you select. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not ship until Monday. If you need an order shipped in a certain timeframe, need to change  your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please email us at aloha@naluswimwear.com or Livechat us below and we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order has already shipped, we cannot make any adjustments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer shipping insurance through Corso Green Package Protection (see Shipping Insurance section below for more information). If Shipping Insurance is not added to the order, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility once it is passed along to the carrier. However, please contact aloha@naluswimwear.com with your order number and we can help file a claim for you. Nalu Swim and Resortwear is not responsible for lost/stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check.

P.O. Boxes

NALU does ship to P.O. Boxes. These packages will be sent through USPS regardless of the shipping method chosen. When shipping with USPS there is not a signature option for P.O.Boxes and the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.

If Your Order Contains Damaged Pieces:

If any product in your order has arrived damaged in any way, please email aloha@naluswimwear.com in order to situation. The customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service team within 72 hours after the package was delivered to put in a claim for a damaged piece. If a return is received with a piece that seems used, worn, or damaged and there was no previous communication that it arrived in anything but perfect condition, we will not be able to process a refund or credit for the product. The customer would then need to provide a shipping label for us to send back the piece.

Pre-Sale Items

You will see the "Presale" in red above the product title on the product page. If an order contains a pre-sale item, we will hold the entire order until all items can be fulfilled. If you would like the non presale items in your order sooner, please reach out to aloha@naluswimwear.com to arrange a partial shipment. The first shipment will be sent with the shipping method that corresponds with the order and the second shipment will be sent via USPS First Class shipping. If you would like to pay for a faster or different shipping method for the pre-sale shipment, we can email an invoice to do so. 

Domestic Shipping Information:

USPS:

Domestic orders over $100 travel FREE with standard USPS shipping! USPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays listed below. Standard USPS shipping generally takes 3-7 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.

FedEx 2 Day:

If your order total is more than $250, we offer free FedEx 2 Day shipping. FedEx 2 Day takes 2 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays listed below.

Fedex Overnight:

We offer Standard Overnight shipping for a flat charge of $42. Standard Overnight takes 1 business day to deliver once the package has been shipped. Orders will be processed within the next business day from the day the order is placed. Although, we will try our best to get the order out the same day. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays listed below.

International Shipping Options:

Fedex International Economy: 

All international customers are responsible for the customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order. If the customer refuses to pay the duties/tax, the customer will be refunded their order with the amount of return shipping costs deducted. Once the refused package is delivered back to Montce Swim, the refund will be processed.

For assistance in calculating the potential total amount of duties/tax on your order, visit https://www.simplyduty.com/ and enter all information from your order. Use "bikini" for 'product description' for the most accurate estimate. 

NALU is also not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise when shipping internationally. The signature option is not available when shipping internationally and it is a risk the customer takes when purchasing.

FedEx Economy International (Canada ONLY):

Orders over $250 CAD will be shipped free via FedEx Economy. Canadian residents also have the option to opt for $15 CAD flat rate FedEx shipping for orders under $250 CAD to Canada. All returns and exchanges are FREE for Canadian orders.

FedEx Economy International (Australia ONLY):

Orders over $200 AUD will be shipped free via FedEx Economy. Australian residents also have the option to opt for $15 AUD flat rate FedEx shipping for orders under $200 AUD to Australia. All returns and exchanges are FREE for Australian orders.

Fulfillment Center & Courier Closures:

Please check the specific courier's website for closures. Please be aware that couriers will not deliver on Courier's Holiday Closure Schedules.
